Founder & CEO

Scott Minson brings over 13 years of experience in multifamily renovations and new construction. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Scott transitioned into the construction industry in 2012, specializing in multifamily renovations and later expanding into new construction townhomes in Utah. After hearing repeated concerns from clients about industry challenges, he founded Meridian Construction with a vision to deliver quality, transparency, and reliability. Scott’s leadership and hands-on expertise drive the company’s commitment to excellence in every project.

Derek Barr
Director of Business Develpoment and Sales

With a strong background in leadership, construction, and project management, Derek brings a wealth of experience from both his distinguished 17-year career in the U.S. Army and his leadership roles in the construction industry. As a former Managing Director of the PTSD Foundation of America and a seasoned construction professional, Derek is passionate about building strong relationships and driving growth. His expertise and dedication make him a valuable asset in expanding our reach and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
